What we collect

Newsletter: your email address, stored with our email provider (Beehiiv) when you subscribe.
Sample reports: what you submit, plus an optional email so we can follow up. Reports are published without your name or email.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Analytics: we use no tracking cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may process basic request logs for security.

Why (legal basis)

Consent for the newsletter and reports (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); contract for paid listings (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interest for security logs (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

Unsubscribe with one click in any email. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). Contact: the contact address on this site (coming soon).

Retention

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe; report emails for up to 24 months.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting), Beehiiv (email), Stripe (payments), and a form provider for reports. Some may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
